Our Products

Sponge Iron is obtained by direct reduction (elimination of oxygen) of iron ore, without melting it in a blast furnace. Sponge Iron is an intermediate iron product used as substitute for steel scrap while producing steel through the electric induction furnace route. The entire production of Sponge Iron would be consumed in-house for manufacturing of MS billets.

Billet,being a semi-finished product, is used for feedstock to rolling mills for production of long products like wire rods, bars/rods and structural. Steel Billet is also used extensively in forge shops and machine shops for production of engineering goods and also as feedstock for seamless tubes.

Re-rolled products ( TMT Bars) are manufactured using M.S. Billets as the main feed stock. Gallantt strictly maintains its quality conforming to Indian standards such as ISI , ISO 9001-2000 but also to international standards such as H & K, Germany to name a few. Thus it helps the company to market its products overseas as well.
